Question Which Z790 motherboard is the best value ?

Hello guys,

I am finally upgrading from my i7-6700k to i7-13700k and I have found all the parts expect except the motherboard. I usually overclock my cpu and ram so I need a mb that can do both and I decided to use ddr5 for the ram. The thing is I can’t decide if higher end motherboards worth the price in comparison to cheaper ones below is the list of mobos I like, feel free to make a suggestion. ( I am planning to keep the new pc for 4-5 years )
