Which Z97 Itx board?

Contenders are :

MSI Z97I Gaming AC
Asus Z97I-Plus
Asus VI Impact (z87) - VII Z97 is like125$ more
Gigabyte Z97N-WiFi
Gigabyte Z97N-Gaming 5

(MSI & Gigabyte Gaming 5 most eye appealing to me, after that the VI impact)

Cpu will be de-lidded 4670k

Don't like MSI QC , Impact is over-priced.

My last 2 boards have been Gigabyte , and I'm going to order that same board for my youngest son's XMAS gaming setup.

is QC quality control?

Ive own an MSI Gaming 5 for few months, 0 problems, really like their gaming series- "dragon claw" heatsink design & the dragon badge/logo (visually).

I've also heard that G.byte MB's can be tricky/faulty.

anyways, here are some prices :

MSI & gigabyte gaming : both around 170-190$
VI impact - 150$

I think these 3 have similiar specs than the rest, but the rest look so plain.

I prefer Gigabyte and ASUS boards on most platforms. 1155 socket I liked Asrock.
