While flashing bios pc restarted and wont boot windows

My motherbiard is msi ms 7616
I was trying to overclock cpu but it wont let me do it in bios so i tought about updating my bios.
While flashing bios pc restarted .
Im not sure if it was on purpose or not also im not sure if flasing was finished but in description said that it will restart automaticly.
So when it started to boot again it just stayed at first screen

Press F8 for boot menu
And thats it . I cant boot or whatever
When i press Del key it moves me to next screen with all informations about PC ( cpu, ram memory etc.)
AMIBIOS version of bios and than Entering SETUP...
Press F8 for BBS POPUP
The IMC is operating with DDR3 etc.
DRAM Timings: etc...
Initializing USB Controllers .. Done.
And thats it
When i press F8 for BBS POPUP it says Boot Selection Popup menu has been selected
And nothing happenes from there..
Sometimes when i try to boot i just get black screen and my fans are going on max speed.
What i tried almost everything:
Removing battery
Removing jumper
Removing hdd cd and trying to boot usb with new bios
Removing gpu ram etc.
And bounch other things i found on internet and this site and the results are the same.
Maybe only solution is new motherboard? What do u guys think?

Well if still you can access bios try to flash it again, but that is a risk since it might restart again and brick your motherboard since the bios is non removable.

I cant open bios. When i press DEL key it only open screen with informations about bios and pc. I mentioned it.

Seems like you probably bricked your motherboard since it restarted in installation process, usually bios installation takes around 30 seconds.
