while inserting my external hard disk (segate 1TB) my laptop automatically shows a blue screen error and automatically gets restart and it is going on continuously until i remove that external hard disk from my pc

Are you connecting it via USB?
Can you test it on another computer?

There is a good chance your Seagate disk is faulty.

(Yes, it could also be an OS issue ) but backup your disk now and then run Seagate SeaTools on it.
