While playing games, screen goes black for 2 seconds then the game comes back with graphics messes up

As the title says, pretty much any graphically intense game I play cuts out for 2-5 seconds and then comes back with graphics missing. In the case of HotS, I no longer have aiming indicators and half of the particle effects of spells disappear. For even more intense games, like Warframe, my screen completely freezes. The game still runs in the background because I can hear my character jumping and shooting if I input those commands but the screen stays frozen. I'm not sure what information I should post on my build to help me figure this out but if you could let me know I'll do my best find it. Thanks!

you need to list your computer parts gpu, cpu motherboard...

can you check temperatures while ingame?

This sounds like faulty hardware or corrupt drivers.
Reinstall drivers (gpu, cpu, etc) if that doesn't work try to narrow the problem down to one piece of haddi
