While rebooting, laptop died now frozen in reboot❓

I started to factory reset my Acer aspire ES 15 laptop when the battery died and turned off.
When turning it back on, it says...
"Your computer will turn off several times whilst it installing!"
Says 64%, but down the bottom it says 0%...
It just does it over & over... It's been 2 days now.
Is there anything I can do to fix this????

Can you start the factory restore again? If not, you will need to get a Windows disk, boot off that and run the setup that way.

It won't allow me to do anything at all...
Will have to try doing it with a Windows disk.
Thank you for your help & your fast reply, otherwise I would've taken it into a shop & who knows how much I would have been charged!
