while trying to update my gigabyte bios i got 2 options -1-quick update 2-normal update which one should i use ?

This requires minimal common sense, if you have limited time press the big button that's labeled "Quick Update", if you have the time press "Normal Update." And check your mobo manual if your really curious about what happens in both options...
