its basically saying your installing on an unsupported video card... its likely your gpu is very old or very weak it may only support SM2.0 while cod 4 and above need SM3.0 or better.

i have had a look about and this is a typical error when installing on a system that only has integrated gfx with no dedicated gfx card... if it is integrated gfx that you have then you have no option but to upgrade the gfx and everything else that upgrading a system entails...
