Whilst gaming on primary monitor, mouse moves to second monitor and minimises game

Hi, how's it going? I've had this problem for a while and it's really annoying! Basically, in some games (Verdun, Dirty Bomb, LoL) and not others (BF4), either fullscreen or borderless, the mouse isn't constrained to the game itself, and can drift to the other monitor, where clicking results in the game being minimised which is a really big problem.

As I mentioned, I've tried both windowed and fullscreen and get the same result in both situations. Furthermore, I've tried to use a variety of program to force the mouse to stick on one monitor- this only works some of the time for whatever reason and I really dont want to have to turn off the screen or have some weird monitor positioning. I'm running W10 + a GTX770 if that's of any use. Thanks!

*edit- when I go from fullscreen to windowed, the game moves a tiny bit so that a sliver of it is actually on the other screen whilst there's a gap on the primary monitor. Could that mean something?

Sounds like you may need to play with "Make this my primary display" and then use the games settings to make sure it matches the output monitor, and then switch to full screen, then restart the game.

It sounds like the games are being played on the non main display which is causing fullscreen to glitch out a bit.

Hey mate, thanks for the reply. Unfortunately, that doesn't fix it. I did originally mess around with the primary and secondary screens but to no avail. I've had a good look online and a couple other people have experienced the same or a similar issue but were never able to fix it. I think it's weird how it only happens in some but not others.
