Whine noise coming from pc. (video included)

My pc isn't very a audible as compared to the video, but there's this whine noise that's coming from it. It sounds like something grinding or something. I believe it's my cpu cooler fan or pump.

The sound can be compared to that of the hum that a dryer makes in the distance.

It's driving me nuts.

could be a coil whine from the CPU cooler fan. do you have a more direct direction from where the sound is coming from?

It's not the case fans. That's for sure, it's coming from what seems to be the middle of the case.

If it's that "humming" noise it's probably as already said the fan on the radiator.
