Whining Sound of Computer

Can a full hard drive cause your computer to make a whining sound???

Sounds like the CPU does not have no more juice and has been stolen of all of its hard drive space from a virus. Maybe even hit the power supply????

Its probably just the sound of your heat sink going full speed. Please post your system specs if possible.

It's highly likely that your PC is full of dust, especially around the Heat Sink Fan on your processor. Take the side off your box and blow compressed air on the fan to get the dust off it (turn the PC off first!). You can either use an air compressor or buy a can of compressed air. Some people use vacuum cleaners, but I have heard this can damage some of the components.....
