Whis is the better graphics card for this system?

Corsair carbide 200R
i5 4690K OC 4.4GHz
8 GB 1600MHz ram
Asus Z97-K motherboard
1tb hdd + 120gb ssd
Windows 8.1

Should I either go for a superclocked gtx 970 (4GB EVGA GTX 970 SC ACX 2.0) or the normal gtx 780 ti? I do gaming (far cry 4, the crew, farsky, battlefield 4) on ultra settings plus recording and the occasional video editing.
