I wouldn't go with either of them, I would recommend these components:

CPU: Intel i7-4790K
GPU: Asus GTX 980 Strix
RAM: Corsair Vengeance 16GB
Mobo: Asus Z97 Pro Gamer, or Asus Z97 Sabertooth
SSD: Samsung 850 EVO 250GB
PSU: Corsair RM750
Cooler: Corsair H80i GT or H80i or H100i

This may cost slightly more than one of those builds but this system will be great and have really good performance.
