Question White 5.25 bay cover

Hello

I have an ancient PC case, which initially had 2 DVD drives in it. However, one of these has unfortunately stopped working (the ejection spindle doesn't spin). Now, rather than having a not-working drive in the PC, I think it would be nicer to have a cover over the bay. Problem is, it is very hard to find. I don't suppose anyone here knows where to get a white/light cream 5.25" bay cover. I don't have any online store preference, but am in the UK.

Or, just replace the non working drive

If you can only find black ones is an option to spray paint it.
