I would like some pc setups that can give me the fps in the games I want, but not kill my wallet. I am thinking on a price range of $1500. I want to be able to play most games at the fullest of their potential so I will need some muscle in the parts.

-i am thinking the Intel Core i7-7700k would be great.
-16 GB ram is the right amount of ram right?
-I have no idea what my motherboard should be but it should have black and white on it.
-I want a lot of SSD storage, I am thinking 200 to 500.
-Will need a white case to create the white and black color theme.
-I am leaning towards the EVGA GeForce GTX 1070 SC Black Edition.
-The power supply can have black wires as long as the motherboard has a stong sense of white.
-CPU cooling, I am thinking the Corsair Hydro Series H1101 GTX-High Performance liquid CPU Cooler CW-9060021-WW.

I also have one question, how would I get wifi? I don't use Ethernet cables, and I am a pc newb.

how about
red led over white and black with Wifi

Change all the LED's to white and you are good to go.

This motherboard comes with WiFi support so need of extra WiFi card.

As this build is basically All Black with White LED touch you can change the color of LED lights when ever you feel like you want different color which suits better to your mood. This build is not limiting you to specific color scheme. You can try different color themes at different times without requirement to swap a single component.
