Hello :)
Soon I'll get a Ryzen 7 1700, And I have a case with a window (Corsair 400C).
My color scheme is white, Black and Blue so I want a motherboard with these colors...
Which one should I get?
The budget is 150$.

(I've thought about the strix B350 or the tomahawk B350 arctic... I don't know)

Solution
Yes, definitely better specs-for-specs.

Killer with 12 Power Phases (for OC voltage stability) vs Tomahawk with only 6 Power Phases
Killer with 6x SATA ports (all oriented 90-degree for better cable routing) vs Tomahawk with only 4x (only 2x are 90-deg.)
Killer with 2x PCIe x16 slots supporting SLI or CrossFire (runs at x16 or x8/x8) vs Tomahawk with 2x (runs at x16/x4 or x16/x2)
Killer with all PCIe x16 slots with PCIe armor/reinforced vs Tomahawk with only 1x out of 2x PCIe x16 slots reinforced
Killer with 4x PCIe x1 slots vs Tomahawk with only 2x PCIe x1 slots (and 2x legacy PCI slots)
Killer with I/O and Audio armor/shroud vs Tomahawk with none...

Is it a quality & future proof motherboard? I don't want to upgrade for the next 5 years.

For white-colored AM4 motherboards, AFAIK, there are only two choices: one is an ATX-sized (the MSI B350 Tomahawk Arctic), the other one is mATX-sized (the MSI B350M Mortar Arctic). Both white motherboards, however, only have white LED ambient lighting.

There's one titanium-colored ("dirty white") ATX-sized (the MSI X370 Xpower Gaming Titanium) but costs way above your budget.

For black-colored/gray-colored AM4 motherboards with white accents, there are seven motherboards to choose from: the Asrock X370 Taichi (with RGB lighting, but costs above your budget), the Asrock X370 Killer SLI (with RGB lighting, costs above your budget), the Asrock X370 Killer SLI/ac (with RGB lighting being offered at ~$140 now in Newegg), the MSI X370 Krait Gaming (with white ambient lighting, but you might find the look not pleasing), the MSI B350 Krait Gaming (with white ambient lighting, but you also might find the look not pleasing), the Asrock AB350 Pro4 (with no LED lighting, but might find the "Pro" text unappealing), and the Asrock AB350M Pro4 (with no LED lighting, and also just an mATX size mobo).

There are no blue-colored AM4 motherboards, AFAIK.

Considering your want a white-black themed AM4 ATX motherboard with RGB lighting for under $150, the above choices only boils down to the Asrock X370 Killer SLI/ac:

First of all, Thanks for the detailed answer! :)
Is the Tomahawk better than the KILLER overall? for OC & Features...
I've also heard ASRock is more reliable company for quality of motherboards.
And, The red ascent n the chipset's heatsink, Is it a LED or just an illustration of the heatsink or something? 😛
The KILLER looks amazing 😱

Killer with 2x M.2 sockets vs Tomahawk with only 1x M.2 socket
Killer has Wi-Fi/Bluetooth vs Tomahawk has none
Killer uses Intel I211AT LAN controller vs Tomahawk uses only Realtek RTL8111H LAN controller
Killer has a total of 8x USB rear panel ports vs Tomahawk only has 6x USB rear panel ports
Killer has a total of 3x 4-pin RGB LED headers vs Tomahawk only has 1x
Only feature that Tomahawk is better is the fan headers (total of 6x) while the Killer has a total of 5x.

The red colored LED lighting on the chipset is just marketing photos. It is configurable (RGB) to any colors you want - like Blue as you prefer:
