White blotches on screen

So I bought a lenovo ideapad 510 1080p fhd led screen (ips, anti glare). Next day I noticed this weird white blotches on the bottom and and middle bottom areas.. only visible on a black screen. Otherwise the display is pretty dang good. Only while watching a movie or any place where a black screen comes in this problem occurs.. is it really a problem, or am I getting panicked for no reason ?. Lemme know

Theres white blotches at the bottom of my screen whenever I open a black background..i have a lenovo ideapad 510IKB led ips display. I contacted lenovo customer care and they say it's normal.. anyone have anything to say on this ?? Is it really normal for led display to have this?
