White Bright patches on laptop screen.

Hi i have a dell inspiron 15 7559 with IPS panel 1080p display. Recently my laptop has started showing few bright white spots on the screen. They appear to be scattered all over the screen. It doesn't look like dead pixels but they are clearly visible only on lighter color backgrounds like white and grey. Pls help...don't know what to do with it screenshot attached.

This is a screen issue just like having bad pixels. If it's still under warranty, contact Dell and have it repaired.
