I need a quiet CPU cooler that is white and extremely quiet as i am building a white almost silent build

Going to be cooling a i5-4690k potentially upgrading to a i7--- and in the white Phanteks Enthoo Luxe

If you're looking at a big air cooler and your case can fit it how about this?
