White display effect in a game

Dust, fire/magic lights... all just a big white spot on my screen. See the picture that I took while running, and the dust is making the image white, but if I just stay still the image is perfect. Should it be the windows ( I got sp2), or just the graphic card (Saphire x600 pro 256mb)?
