Question White LED missing on Gainward GTX 1660s Ghost ?

I just bought a gpu Gtx 1660 super gainward ghost, at the review it has white led light, but when i turn on mu pc, the led not working, so i decide to open the gtx sign to see what's inside, and I found no led light there, anyone have same gpu to me?
