White line on my screen and flickering every time

Last year july i have bought a new Dell inspiron 15 model 3542.It comes with intel core i5,8gb ram,intel hd 4400 gpu.recently i updated my graphic card nothing fixes. i am getting white lines on behalf of my screen does somebody help me !!!!!
