White line on the edges of Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 7.0 screen

Hello,

So I have just bought a brand new Galaxy Tab 4 7.0 and noticed that two edges of the screen show a white line when I tilt my tablet a little upwards/downwards. It goes bright when the screen brightness is set to 100%. Although everything looks perfect when holding the tablet in a normal position.

Is it normal? Here are the pictures:
