Question White lines all over screen and cant change resolution

My psu has been doing weird noises lately when i game for a while but hasn’t been a problem, It’s also pretty dusty but I dont have compressed air currently. :/

Replace the power supply before your system dies a horrible sparkly death. Also if you have anything overclocked, set things to default.
