If I start up just about any game that has decent graphics like CS:GO (run on highest settings), after a bit of playing my monitor will go plain white and my computer will crash. I have to force shutdown by holding down my power button. I can't do anything else during it and if I try hitting the reset button it just won't boot it has to be forcefully shutdown. If I have audio going such as the game or a call, it will either cut out, stutter and loop, keep playing, or other variations. I don't think it has anything to do with temperature since I'm only at around 50 degrees Celsius on my CPU and 48 on my GPU.
Note: This PC is brand new I built it with retail parts all from the same store
Specs:
CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 2600X
Cooler: AMD Wraith Spire
Motherboard: ASRock B450M Pro4
GPU: Gigabyte GTX 1650 Windforce OC 4G
RAM: DDR4 2x4GB Corsair Vengeance LPX 3000MHz
PSU: EVGA 700w 80+ Bronze rating
I managed to find a previous thread on this and I believe it was the same issue: https://forums.tomshardware.com/threads/computer-crashes-white-screen-when-gaming.2337379/
but it doesn't really help.
I'm relatively new to PC hardware so I'm not sure if I missed any information.
If someone could help me solve this issue it would be great
Thank you in advance.
