Good day, friends.
I need help determining my machine's problem.
Everytime I play borderlands 2, I get a random white screen with lines but the game still runs.
It appears from time to time seemingly when the game tries to render something.
I thought it was just the game but there was no improvement when I reinstalled the game.
I also experience it when I was playing League.
I tried to open it up to check any obstructions from the GPU and when I turn it on, I get the white screen on the boot up messages.
This started when I had the DC port replaced. I think the tech did something to the GPU so I would have it repaired again because the way they handled the repair was a bit unprofessional. They insisted that it wasn't the DC port but the "Power" just to milk money from me only to replace the DC. They also, didn't return the original screws and some were missing and lastly, they "misplaced" my charger cord so they replaced it with a flimsy one.
I really hope you guys could help me figure out.
Here's a link to a video of the problem.
