Today I decided to dust out my PC. I turned off my PC and unplugged all the cables and everything. When it came to the GPU, I flipped my can upside down to clean out the GPU fan which was a stupid idea. My heart dropped as I noticed this white substance almost like a liquid, which disappeared quickly. I was nervous, thinking I screwed something up. A relative who is a chemical engineer told me that it was just condensation, and to let my PC dry out. Anything else? Is he wrong? What other steps should I do?

Solution
turning the can upside down forced propellant, straight propellant, out of the can. the propellant is very cold at normal atmospheric pressure, cold enough to freeze moisture in the air. the white stuff. it evaporated quickly because at normal temps the water is a gas. I guess sublimation would be more correct.

once the part gets room temperature again you should be fine.
