Great build , but I changed the PSU , TO A GREAT ONE , the NEX aren't very good.

The trions not a great drive mate - ignore the fact its white because in that case I personally would mount both drives inside the PSU enclosure so the drives & all the cabling is hidden anyway.

That's your best priced UK drive at the minute IMO , its a brand new mpdel , extra space & very good mid range performance for just £4 more


The g1 is not a good series of psu's, its an old hec based model.
You want to be looking at GS,g2,GQ evga series psu's for quality.

You really only Need a 550w model , price difference is negligible though

That's a UK best buy , if you have the funds now you should grab that while there's stock available.
Very very good unit.

Everything else good mate, its a pity because I grabbed the last fortis 3 malik custom CPU cooler off amazon last week , would have looked lovely in that case & motherboard combo ;-)

My son uses a TRION , so far so good and the price is right.

yup the trion is a perfectly adequate average performing drive - I own one myself.
Its just at 60 quid ( I have no pound symbol on my keyboard ;-) there are a myriad of better drives available.

that new series mx is 4 quid more,has an extra 20gb of space,& is around 20% faster in benchmarks.
Just dont see a single good reason not to buy it myself.
Also OCZ rma/warranty procedures in the uk are absolutely terrible.
While us uk citizens tend to be covered better by shop warranty for 12 months if you do rma anything ocz then you have to post it to the netherlands (holland) at your own cost.
Ive thrown ram in the bin before because it was just cheaper to replace it than return it.

the malik is fully black nickel plated heatsink & pipes & comes with removable colour plates for the top.
Its essentially a custom changeable colour co-ordinated model.
The cooling itself is exactly the same - the malik just looks utterly lovely with a colour co-ordinated top-plate for your build

I bought the last one a week ago for less than 30 quid mate,utterly utterly astonishing cooler for the money - its dropped 15c on temps coming from a 212 evo.

You wont find one anywhere in the uk now though - apart from ebay but theyre about 50 quid which is too much.

np mate the dark rock is a good cooler in all honesty.
Id have gone nickel plate though on the heatsink rather than silver
