Question White VGA led on until turning off and reboot

When the white led comes on, it show orange lights before and a red light for the cpu , once the pc has started the vga white led on the mobo is staying white and on. If i restart the pc, the vga led doesn't turn on, until next reboot.

Make and model of your motherboard? Might want to include the make and model of your PSU as well as the age of the unit. Also, check and see which BIOS you're currently on and if you have any BIOS updates pending for the platform.

the motherboard is the asus prime z390-A
I do not know why but from this morning the light does not come on anymore even if I restart, I am worried that as it has gone, the problem can reappear out of nowhere
