Question White vga light on

I Decided to build my first pc two weeks ago:

intel core i9
32 gb ram
GeForce
rtx 2080ti
rog Strix 390-e gaming
some ssd’s etc.

I have noticed over the past couple of days that the vga light is on. I get to use my graphics card & pc boots no problems just wondering if there could be a problem and what to do?

Re-seat the graphics card and psu cables to see if the light goes away.
