Who can tell me more about this card

I already have 1 like that and I wanted to buy 1 more but i can't find any info on that who is the maker of this card like MSI,Zotac,EVGA,XFX

I think that it is OEM card but there is also 1 more weird thing. There is no place for SLI bridge even though nVIDIA says that 9600 GT supports SLI.

That appears to be a MSI Nvidia GeForce 9600 GT which could have been pulled from a HP or Dell or Medion computer.
The GeForce 9600 GT GPU supports SLI and it is up to the card manufacturer to have the feature available.
