You can try and reinstall your drivers to see if that fixes your problem. You could have just a bad install, if you want a more full proof clean install you can reinstall your drivers using DDU (Display Driver Uninstaller). See if this works.

I have been having the same problems... allow me to explain them in a bit more detail.
ever since windows was upgraded to 10 I have seen these "your display drivers have stopped responding and have recovered" messages
But once I moved to AMD's Crimson suite from the Catalyst software those messages have stopped and now the entire display crashes.
Happens on various games, including fallout 4, Diablo III, and even mobile app emulators like BlueStacks
When the crash happens the screens (I have dual monitor setup) freeze in game, then after a few seconds, the screens flash, go white, and then reload content (webpages are reloaded, including videos, but games do not rec over.) I reminds me of the older reset that used to happen when you had to end task on windows explorer in the task manager..... that kind of reloading.
I have used the three most recent versions of the Crimson Suite, including the newest "hotfix" download.
when this did not work I reverted back to Catalyst Beta drivers and this reduced the frequency of the crashes, but they still happen. With Crimson I was getting them (mostly in Diablo III) sometimes as often as 3 times in 5 minutes... other times once every two hours.
With Catalyst I am getting them every few hours..... sometimes none in a day.
I double checked to make sure I do not have multiple drivers installed due to not uninstalling then previous ones fully.
I am thinking at this point it is more of an issue with Windows 10 (as I had zero issues with the same system using Catalyst and Windows 8.1)
At this point, my tech knowledge has run its course. I have no idea what else to try.
Another D3 player posted on the Blizzard forums with the same issue, gave Blizzard the crash code and was told it was a display driver issue.
