I am sure all the vendors are doing it. Take EVGA for example. The publicly said they would combat scalping and started with a queue. But look on Amazon
https://www.amazon.com/EVGA-GeForce-Technology-Backplate-24G-P5-3987-KR/dp/B08J5F3G18/ref=sr_1_1?dchild=1&keywords=evga+3090&qid=1605636967&sr=8-1
prices up to $2700

or look on ebay
https://www.ebay.com/sch/i.html?_from=R40&_trksid=p2380057.m570.l1313&_nkw=evga+3090&_sacat=0

hundreds of dollars markup

Clearly EVGA would not let privateers take that. MSI was caught scalping not long ago through a third party vendor. I am sure they are still doing it, only more carefully. And in this cutthroat industry, no company can afford not to do it. So the question is, how IS EVGA doing it?
