Probably Korea, at a guess.

Why's Japan in all caps? It's not an acronym.

Korea for mobile phones. (Samsung)
Americans for Apple, Motorola, Intel, and AMD. A lot of innovation came from America.
Japan for good manufacturers. (Sony)
China is manufacturing king. (Foxconn)
Europe is for... (someone add it in for me. That I don't know.)

JAPAN are very perfectionist just like Germans.... So, I have just mistakenly switched the caps lock on when writing Japan.
