Hello,
So lately I've been getting websites blocked ( like a parental control) on my PC, the only other computer on the network is my laptop and this doesn't happen on it. It seems the blocks come from something called OpenDNS, I already fixed the issue telling my computer to obtain DNS servers automatically, before they were set to some unknown IP's, my questions are:

It seems the blocks come from something called OpenDNS, I already fixed the issue telling my computer to obtain DNS servers automatically, before they were set to some unknown IP's, my questions are:
■ Who set up this OpenDNS IP on my PC?
■ Can my internet provider do that?
■ Does nobody have physical access to my PC, is it a hack?
