Hello,
So lately I've been getting websites blocked ( like a parental control) on my PC, the only other computer on the network is my laptop and this doesn't happen on it. It seems the blocks come from something called OpenDNS, I already fixed the issue telling my computer to obtain DNS servers automatically, before they were set to some unknown IP's, my questions are:

  • ■ Who set up this OpenDNS IP on my PC?
    ■ Can my internet provider do that?
    ■ Does nobody have physical access to my PC, is it a hack?
Thaks in advance,
Nicolas

Solution
Nobody going to hacked into your system to install OpenDNS,,
It might packed into a software that you installed on your system that you did not notice when you install.
Your parents? but if I were your parent, I would install Bluecoat K9, LOL.

Well, I live alone so I doubt my parents installed anything, the thing is that it blocked what seem random websites; Steam, Amazon, nexus mods, etc.
