Who to RMA card to?

My video card is defective after several months. Should I return the card to Newegg or its manufacturer, HIS?

Newegg might return it quicker, although, make sure that you know your warrenty is still active with Newegg.

30 days from point of purchase ( newegg ). you should be able to read that on newegg site.

after that you need to contact manufacturer for rma procedure. HIS is it? YOU'LL SEE INFORMATION AT THEIR SITE.

If it has been several months you will need to go though HIS for any RMA request.
