Umm hi guys, I've had my Celeron D Dell computer for awhile now and I seriously need a computer change... I can't run any of the new games that's coming out, so I figured it's time for a change. This is my first time building a computer... and I really don't know much about it eithere... I've read about it in many places but still don't know which parts to choose. Anyway I am sorry if I am not putting any build on here but as I said I just don't know WHAT TO CHOOSE.
Anyway I am thinking about an Phenom 2 build... Can you help me?
I am going to buy from Newegg so things from there would be nice .
Oh yeah one thing I need to be able to run for sure is games like Assasins Creed, empire total war, and GTA 4 on max, I really get irritated when I can't run games at full settings >_>. Also it's not really required but I would like it if it had a decent enough sound card. So please take on this quest PLEASE!

do you need a monitor /keybord/mouse or are you using the ones you have ?

whats its resolution?

You probably wont need a sound card . Most MB's have decent onboard sound these days . At least as good as cheap sound cards anyway

Cant seem to find the CPU in xthekid's list...
The mobo, RAM, the cooler, case and the optical drive are very gud...
But a 550W PSU will not be enuf if he adds another card in crossfire setup...he will need atleast a 700W PSU...so as to avoid upgrading his PSU when he adds another card...
So u can get any one of the PSUs

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817341019

or better one

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817139006

Better to invest $30 more now than buying a new $90 PSU later...
But if u are not planning to crossfire at all, then stick with the PSU thekid has given...

As for the graphics card, mayb for $5 more u can get the 4870 1GB...
