Man... who knows. This is a stacked list of characters, and I don't pretend to be an expert on any of them, but I'm thinking Darkseid. He's ridiculously OP and is a god. One on one he is virtually un-beatable. He has been defeated by Superman, but that depends on who's writing him. Thor would probably make a good fight as well. On paper, I think he takes most. I can't speak on anime characters because I don't watch it.
