Fergus stood on his CD "AOEII" and the wee lad is getting
withdrawal symptoms. My brother said we might be able to
get a replacement disc if we contacted Microsoft with our
Product ID number. I have been hunting on
www.microsoft.com pages but can not seem to find an
appropriate place to find out about this. Can anyone tell
us if this can be done, and how?

Cheers ,
