240 gb ssd
Is evwrything compatible and how any watt psu do I need
Will h80i be enough for cooling my processor between 30 - 40 degree celcius or do I need to buy h100i

Hi,
Everything is compatible, but i don't understand the need for liquid cooling, since you have locked processor. For i5 3470, even the stock cooler will do the job just fine.
If you are not going to buy unlocked processor in the future, you might as well change the motherboard to H77 or B75 chipset.
As for PSU, a good 550w will be more than enough. Choose something from the brands like :Corsair (avoid CX units), XFX , Antec or SeaSonic

Whats your budget?

Look for this build.

No need on previous gen. unless it's a lot cheaper than current gen!
