Every time i watch some 4k video it takes a lot of power from my cpu, if its 60fps video it can take 100% of my cpu usage and it is i5 6600k @4.4GHz. Its weird for me, because on my waaaay les powerfull windows tablet 4k video takes almost no power.

Solution
Are you sure you're not running any background process? YouTube 4K shouldn't be loading your CPU 100% on all cores. My HTPC aging i3 can runs 4K YT videos at about 40-50% max load on 3 trheads, and no dedeicated GPU in system.

Go to task manager and check which process is loading your CPU to 100%, the best is- switch everything off and leave just single tab for YT 4K video and then check what your CPU usage is.
