I bought my graphics cards direct from the manufacturer GALAX. I would never buy on aliexpress or reseller sites like that

Most stuffs are made in China anyway. Not all from china have poor quality. China produce high and poor quality depending on the amount you paid. Those cards you buy from legitimate resellers or sellers, high chances that the cards are also produced in China but manufactured through them. To answer your question, you need to check on the seller to see if he or she is trustworthy based on the ratings and reviews. Aliexpress is risky but there are good stuffs on it for cheap price. I wouldnt go wish.com tho. No way in hell. The only thing you're missing out on if you buy a legit card from used sellers is that you dont have the warranty.
