[SOLVED] why am I blue screening 30min into a game?

Whenever I play a game for more than 30 minutes my pc will blue screen and so far I've received 3 stop error codes (KERNEL_DATA_INPAGE_ERROR, CRITICAL_PROCESS_DIED, UNEXPECTED_STORE_EXCEPTION). Games include Call of Duty Warzone, Bigfoot, New world, Escape From Tarkov, GTA V, The Isle, Arma 3, Left 4 Dead 2, Battlefield 1, and DayZ. I don't blue screen while playing Minecraft tho.

I've tried mdsch.exe in "run"
I also ran these commands: sfc /scannow and chkdsk

This specific error code is kind of hard to diagnose. My advice would be a fresh install of windows it will be quicker.
