Question Why am I experiencing artifacting

Recently my computer has been showing artifacting when displaying an image. How can I fix this? What can cause this problem? example of what I am experienceing

That looks like a memory failure on the video adapter. If that's what it is then you replace the adapter. There are no user serviceable components.
