why am i getting frame rate drops on battlefield 5

well when i play games like Tom Clancy's The Division and pubg and put the settings as the optimized right settings it allways drops fps especially when i play Tom Clancy's The Division it allways lags and goes bellow what it should be and is not smoothe

i have tried it even on the lowest settings but i get really bad fps drops

so i recently just got the game and played it and when i play i get huge fps drops i can run the game at high at 67-80
but i get really huge fps drops and stutters a lot
