[SOLVED] Why am I getting less fps in the witcher 3 when I have the same GPU and CPU

I got the witcher 3 and I have all the settings maxed out and I get around 50-60 fps which can dip into the 40s depending on whats happening my temps when playing the witcher are 77-78 degrees

my specs are here Im knew to pc gaming and this is my first pc and Im just a little worried because when I first built my pc I had a bad experince will getting broken parts that kept crashing my pc I have since fixed that issue but it caused me to be a bit paranoid about my pc

I fixed it was the nividia control panel 3D settings that was destroying my fps

And one thing to keep in mind is that updates on your hardwear and the game can change the FPS. So looking at a video 1 year old might not be true now
