Why am I getting low fps on my good pc?

Hi there, I have a pc that consists of:
intel Pentium g4560
AMD Rx 560 4gb
8 Gb ddr4 ram
1tb wd blue HDD
450w EVGA bronze PSU
Windows 10
Build is about 3 months old and has not had any prior issues

For some reason, my games are now hitting low fps of around 25 in most games from CSGO to pubg, which all used to run just fine.

I have no idea what has happened. I have monitored temps with open hardware monitor and CAM.

OHM would not display CPU temps, just the load of the cores.
CAM showed the CPU at 50 degrees and 50% load in pubg
GPU usage was at 100% in both csgo and pubg but remaining at a cool 47 degrees.

I'm not sure what the problem is here, not sure that my GPU should be at 100% usage in CSGO.

the monitor is plugged into the graphics card. I believe the drivers are all up to date.

If anyone can shed some light on this, it would be greatly appreciated.

If the CPU is staying around 50% but the GPU is hitting 100%, that's the sign that the GPU is struggling to keep up.

Make sure you have nothing else running in the background that could possibly be consuming GPU(check Task Manager). Other then that, you may have to try lowering graphical settings in those games.

Sure I'll check that. I shouldn't need to lower the settings as it has been able to use the current settings just fine for months. Anything else it could be? CSGO should run well on high settings with an RX 560 4Gb
