Question Why am i getting only 120 fps on csgo

I'm using a ryzen 2700x with x470 F gaming plus and 1060 6gb amp edition and I have a 144 Hz monitor.

Im playing with all settings high V sync disabled and 1920x1080

can anyone help please.

I have 16 gb ram

Im using the zotac 1060 6gb with the ryzen 7 2700x and x470 mobo

at 1024P, and on high/medium settings im getting only 200 fps, somtimes slightly higher or lower.

What can i do or change? Im using msi afterburner.

make and model of the ram and psu?
check cpu/gpu temp and usage during the game?
