I can't tell what they're at by default. But I turned turbo on and my boot loops went away. I can't keep turbo on tho cause whatever the reason it drops my CPU from 4.5GHz to 3.8GHz and back to 4.5Ghz and it's very annoying... Turbo core is supposed to make it go higher so why does mine drop mine?
Why is that a problem? It's supposed to do that. It gives you the higher clock speeds when you need it. After all, there's no sense running at 4.5GHz all the time, only when you need the extra performance.
It could very well be an overclock setting or if the system is having issues with the ram frequency/timings... you could try checking what the ram is running at once it's up and going
One other thing I read about with the Antec High Current Gamer 900 (I assume that's the model) is the connectors may be loose or may get loose, I'll suggest pushing in on the individual wires going into the motherboard connectors to make sure they're making a good connection
Are you running the latest and greatest BIOS?
Pull the DRAM, reset the CMOS, reinstall the DRAM and try booting to BIOS, once there raise the CPU/NB voltage to 1.2 and the DRAM voltage + 0.05 from spec and give it a try

Okay so I tried what you said.
First I brought the memory back to the 1866 it's supposed to be. It booted fine and showed 937MHz in CPU-z (I think you multiply that by 2 right? 1875 close enough to 1866)
No boot loop HOWEVER when I got my motherboard it throttled my CPU because the BIOs suck and have no power management control so I manually clocked my CPU and it booted and it's running like it was before.
But now the boot loop is back. So it's got to do with my CPU. But why? Now that we identified the problem. Do you think manually clocking/volting the NB would get rid of this boot loop? Because I notice if I don't manually enter things into my BIOs thats when I get problems and I believe that's the only thing left on auto.

OK then manually set CPU/NB to 1.25 and set DRAM voltage to 1.6
I did that. Still looping... Only thing I found that stops the loop is enabling the boost turbo thing and that still after changing what you said throttles my CPU I saw it drop to 1.4GHz at one point.

Its faster for rendering videos from mkjv to mp4. I got rid of my overclock and kept turbo. So now it stays at 3.5GHz - 3.8GHz which i guess is fine because I mainly just game. Maybe I'll keep a 4.5GHz profile for when I plan to render videos. Just glad the loop is gone. It's weird that no matter the clock it loops when turbo is disabled maybe that's supposed to happen when turbo gets disabled.

Haha oh I see now. Yeah, that's gotta be tempting to push the CPU further. 😛
Although, overclocking is a strange beast. Sometimes the temperatures and voltages will be well under safe limits, but the frequencies just won't allow for a stable system.
That seems like a good compromise though, to keep a profile for when you need it. Smart!
