Why am I getting this error when calibrating the display in Windows 8.1? .

All programs are closed. Was working fine before. Have restarted laptop. Still comes up with this message:

Try to do that on the admin profile.

Hi, yes I switched to admin account and tried it but it's coming up with the same error message.

Never had this problem before!
